Do you take walk-in clients?

We recommend booking an appointment in advance so that you don’t miss out! However, if you’re walking past and we have space we will absolutely fit you in.

What do I do if I’m running late?

Please let us know asap! Give us a call on (08) 8274 1934 with a timeframe of arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse service to people who are running late if it will affect the scheduling of the following appointments.

Is there parking on premises?

There sure is! Just before Falafel Station is an entry driveway, where you can pull in and access the on-site parking behind the building. The exit driveway is next to Chili Mojo.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment starts.

My child has lice, will you cut it?

No, we can’t. Lice spread like wildfire and we cannot risk contaminating our equipment. We kindly ask that you take your child home and use a lice treatment, then rebook once that has been completed.

Should I wash my hair first?

If you could, that would be great! However, we do have a basin at the shop and can wash for you if you are unable to do so. Please book our “Hair wash” service to ensure we have enough time!

Do you cut long hair?

We do! However, if we believe a cut you are after is beyond the scope of our abilities we will let you know before starting the service. If your hair is below shoulder length, please choose the “Long cut” service and add any notes regarding your cut in the prompt before completing your booking.

Do you do women’s cuts?

We do within reason! We are barbers and so our training does not cover the same techniques and skills as that of a hairdresser. Please give us a call or email us in advance if you are unsure, and be aware that if you book an appointment and we do not believe we can achieve the cut you are after, we will let you know.

I’m getting married! Do you do grooms packages?

Of course we do! Please email us in advance with details regarding dates, times and the amount of people involved and we will get back to you with pricing.

is your shop wheelchair or accessibility friendly?

Our front entrance is not wheelchair accessible as there is a 7-inch step and not enough space on the footpath for a ramp. But don’t worry - we can let you in through the back! There is a 1-inch step at the back door, and a 3-inch step (with a 31-inch wide doorway) leading from the back room to the main cutting floor. We’re in the process of dinging the right ramps to make these areas easier to access.
