cancellation & no-show policy
Level Up Barber has implemented a strict policy regarding cancellations and no-shows.
Card details must be entered when booking online (securely stored - we cannot access them)
You can cancel or reschedule via your phone up to 24 hours before your appointment
After 24 hours, you must call the shop directly
Cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment incurs a 50% charge of services booked
Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to impacted timings for following clients, resulting in forfeiture of their appointment and must reschedule
No-shows will incur a 50% charge of services booked
Three no-shows will result in being blocked from online bookings
We understand things can happen unexpectedly, and will accommodate as such when required. These measures are being introduced to discourage missing appointments with no prior warning.
Our time is our livelihood - every missed appointment is a spot that someone else could have booked. Running a small business is no easy feat and this policy is here to protect both us and our clients, ensuring that we can continue to deliver the best service possible to everyone who books in.
